Vanagon Sideswiped In Hit And Run

Just this week the Vanagon was in a hit and run while parked at a convenience store. A witness saw a commercial truck pull in and hit the passenger side and quickly drive away. The slider door panel was cracked and lying on the ground. All three side panels suffered damage. Each mounting bracket for the large side panels was damaged as well. While the body damage under the panel was minimal, the impact did snap some of the bracket rivets.

We shall see what the insurance company decides to do...
