This year marks the final year that the classic VW Bus/Kombi will be produced in Brazil. VW Vanagons were manufactured in South Africa until 2002. There are 5 generations of Volkswagen Vans (Worldwide).

I always knew the sliding-door 2nd generation as "Clipper", while the ones with the double-leaf non-sliding side door and made only in Brazil (altough exported in CKD kits to Nigeria) as "bay-window".
